Buying vinyls in the shop

Ordering vinyls

When placing an order in our shop you reserve the vinyls. We will contact you shortly after via email, with payment details and a total price including shipping. Normally the same day or the day after, depending of the time difference. You can cancel at any time. We have no payment solution on our webpage, the payment can be done via Paypal or bank transfer. If you are located nearby you are also welcome to pick up the vinyls in our Vinyl & Cafebar, located in Ceske Budejovice in the Czech Republic. In that case we will offer you a beer or coffee when you arrive.


We ship your vinyls maximal two working days after the payment is received. You only pay for the actual shipping cost, there is no additional fee for the parcel or handling. The shipping cost will vary, depending of the method you choose and your destination. We normally suggest traditional post delivery to your address, but we can also send with carriers like DHL, DPD or PPL if your order exceeds 2 kg. (normally more than 6 vinyls)


The vinyls are graded according to the Goldmine grading system. They are listened before grading to ensure a correct grading. If any doubt, they are downgraded to the lower factor. We don’t sell vinyl with a lower grading than VG. No deep scratches and no skips. Please note that we are collectors selling private items, not a traditionally vinyl shop.

Reclaims and complains

If you are not satisfied with the received vinyls, despite our effort in grading and proper packing, you should contact immediately so we can sort it out in a proper manner. Depending what the issue is we have to find a solution, whether it is an insurance matter regarding the carrier, a partly refund or if no solution, a total cancel. In that case we will refund your money after receiving the vinyls back from you. You will have to pay the shipping back though
